My name is Cynthia Ortiz. I am a proud teacher at Barnes Elementary. This will be my 20th year of teaching at my home, Barnes Elementary. I am a product of CCISD, graduate of Foy H. Moody High School, go Trojans! I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. I am currently teaching 2nd grade. I hope to share my love for science and the use of technology everyday.
